The PVV41-1X/122-027RA15RLMC is a fixed displacement pump in the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth, intended to deliver a steady flow of hydraulic oil to automation valves and actuators. The pressure fluid must meet cleanliness class ISO 4406 20/18/15 so abrasive particles do not score the gear tooth surfaces. Operation is defined for HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2, providing the lubricity and chemical stability expected by the pump’s shaft seals and bronze bearings. A viscosity window between 13 mm²/s and 860 mm²/s keeps the hydrodynamic film intact across start-up and full-load conditions. The drive can be rotated from 600 rpm to 1800 rpm, allowing the same unit to serve low-speed positioning circuits or high-speed power loops. At 1500 rpm these volumes translate to flows of 39 l/min and 177 l/min respectively, simplifying circuit sizing for filters, coolers, and return plumbing. Acceptable fluid temperature spans from −10 °C to +70 °C so the oil stays within the required viscosity band and the elastomer components retain elasticity during seasonal changes.
