The PVV41-1X/098-027RA15DDMC pump is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series produced by Bosch Rexroth. It delivers constant flow to hydraulic automation circuits and is configured for clockwise rotation to match standard right-hand drive trains. Two internal pumping elements define its output: the cover side displaces 27.4 cm³ per revolution, while the flange side moves 97.7 cm³ per revolution. At 1500 rev/min these elements supply 39 L/min and 141 L/min respectively, providing stable flow levels for system components. The unit works with HLP mineral oil specified by DIN 51524-2, and it accepts oil viscosities from 13 mm²/s to 860 mm²/s. A suction port sized to SAE 3″ feeds the inlet, and cold-start operation is supported down to −10 °C fluid temperature.
A continuous operating envelope is set at 210 bar on the cover outlet and 175 bar on the flange outlet, keeping the pump within mechanical limits during sustained duty. Pressure exits through separate ports, with the cover side using an SAE 3⁄4″ connection and the flange side using an SAE 1 1⁄4″ connection. The rotating group may run up to 1800 min⁻¹ when the inlet pressure equals 1 bar, allowing speed-controlled drives to adjust flow within rated limits. The permissible fluid temperature reaches +70 °C, which protects the oil and internal seals from thermal stress. These constraints complete the performance profile required for fixed-volume hydraulic circuits in automated machinery.
