The PVV32-1X/098-068RA15RLMC pump, part of Bosch Rexroth’s PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series, supplies constant volume flow in hydraulic automation circuits. It uses a flange-side displacement of 97.7 cm³ per revolution to deliver the primary oil stream, while a cover-side displacement of 67.5 cm³ per revolution provides a secondary flow so that two circuits can be fed from one housing. A continuous outlet pressure rating of 175 bar allows the pump to maintain actuator force without overstressing internal components. Clockwise rotation is required, which sets the drive orientation relative to the prime mover. The cylindrical drive shaft offers a simple, keyed interface that eases alignment with electric or diesel drives. An SAE-C (127-2) mounting flange standardizes the mechanical connection to common SAE power-take-off pads. The unit remains stable up to a maximum speed of 1800 min⁻¹, enabling higher throughput when the prime mover allows, while a minimum speed of 600 min⁻¹ is specified to keep the hydrodynamic bearings fully lubricated. Fluid cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 20/18/15 so that clearances in the pumping elements are not eroded by particles. Acceptable fluid viscosity ranges from 13 mm²/s to 860 mm²/s, a window that balances film strength during hot operation with start-up capability in cold conditions. Operating oil can be as cold as –10 °C for winter service and as hot as +70 °C during continuous duty, which guides heat-exchanger sizing. A minimum absolute inlet pressure of 0.83 bar is required to prevent cavitation at the suction port. Together, these operating limits outline the environmental and hydraulic boundaries within which the PVV32-1X/098-068RA15RLMC performs reliably in fixed-displacement pump roles.
