The PVV21-1X/068-027RA15DUMB pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It is a two-circuit unit for hydraulic automation where constant flow is required from each stage. The flange side delivers 67.5 cm³ per revolution while the cover side provides 27.4 cm³ per revolution, so circuits can be sized independently. Continuous operating pressure is limited to 175 bar on the flange side and 210 bar on the cover side. At 1500 rpm these displacements produce flows of 100 l/min and 39 l/min respectively. The housing attaches with an SAE-B (101-2) mounting flange, and the complete assembly weighs 20 kg.
The pump operates with HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2. Maximum permissible speed at a 1 bar inlet is 1800 rpm, while minimum reliable speed is 600 rpm. Inlet conditions must stay between an absolute minimum of 0.83 bar and a maximum of 2.4 bar to avoid cavitation or seal overload. Pressure is discharged through an SAE 1 in port on the flange side and an SAE 3/4 in port on the cover side. Fluid enters through a single SAE 2 1/2 in suction port sized for low velocity intake. These characteristics allow the pump to supply two separate hydraulic circuits at fixed displacement over the defined speed range.
