The PVV21-1X/068-018RA15RLMB pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It serves hydraulic automation by providing two constant-flow circuits from a single shaft. Clockwise rotation aligns with standard motor direction and avoids reverse-flow issues in drive trains. A mounting flange built to the SAE-B (101-2) pattern allows direct attachment to common bell housings and keeps coupling concentric. The cover side displacement is 18.0 cm³ per revolution, giving precise flow for secondary functions, while the flange side displacement of 67.5 cm³ per revolution supplies the main circuit with greater volume. Continuous operating limits reach 210 bar on the cover side for high-force actuators and 175 bar on the flange side for moderate-pressure duties. When driven at 1 500 rpm the cover gear set delivers up to 26 l/min, and the flange gear set can provide 100 l/min, so both fine control and bulk flow are available without adding another pump.
The pump tolerates speeds up to 1 800 rpm with a 1 bar inlet, permitting direct coupling to full-speed industrial motors while still protecting against cavitation. The flange pressure port sits on the right at a 90° orientation, simplifying hose routing in side-mounted installations. Pressure fluid exits through a cover port sized for SAE 3⁄4-inch fittings and through a flange port sized for SAE 1-inch fittings, ensuring each stage has a connection that matches its flow capacity. A single SAE 2 1⁄2-inch suction port feeds both stages so inlet velocity stays low, reducing foaming and acoustic emission. All dynamic seals are formed from NBR to resist mineral hydraulic oil and maintain elasticity across typical machine-room temperatures. The assembled unit weighs 20 kg, light enough for one person to position during maintenance yet substantial enough to damp vibration in continuous service.
