The PVV21-1X/055-036RJ15DDMB is a fixed displacement pump built by Bosch Rexroth for the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It supplies two separate flow volumes for hydraulic automation, with 55.2 cm³ per revolution on the flange side and 36.4 cm³ per revolution on the cover side, so circuits that need different flows can be fed from a single housing. The SAE-B (101-2) flange matches standard mounting faces, while the SAE-B 7/8-inch, 13-tooth, 16/32 DP spline couples directly to compatible prime movers. Continuous operation is permitted at 210 bar on the cover outlet and 175 bar on the flange outlet, enabling simultaneous high-pressure and medium-pressure branches. The pump runs between 600 min⁻¹ and 1800 min⁻¹, giving installers flexibility in selecting drive speeds without cavitation or excessive heat.
For proper inlet conditions the unit accepts absolute suction pressures from 0.83 bar to 2.4 bar, allowing placement either above or below the reservoir fluid line. Pressure ports are sized for straightforward plumbing, using an SAE 3/4-inch connection on the cover side and an SAE 1-inch connection on the flange side, while the common suction port uses an SAE 2 1/2-inch fitting to keep inlet velocity low. Recommended fluid viscosity spans from 13 mm²/s to 860 mm²/s, so the pump can process both warm, low-viscosity oils and cold, high-viscosity fluids during start-up. The assembled unit weighs 20 kg, permitting installation by a single technician with standard handling equipment.
