The PVV2-1X/068RD pump belongs to the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation tasks such as powering cylinders and motors. The housing attaches with an SAE-B (101-2) flange under the SAE J744 standard, enabling direct fitment to common power take-off pads. System pressure exits through an SAE 1 in port, and fluid enters through an SAE 1 1/2 in suction port that accommodates low-restriction piping. The pressure port is on the top at 0° from the inlet, which keeps the discharge line above the intake and reduces cross-flow inside the manifold. Recommended operating fluid is HLP mineral oil as defined by DIN 51524-2 to ensure adequate wear protection. Delivered oil cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to limit abrasive contamination. The pump body weighs 14.8 kg, light enough for manual installation without lifting equipment.
