The PVV2-1X/068LD pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It delivers a constant volume of hydraulic oil for automated circuits that need repeatable flow. A displacement of 67.5 cm³ per revolution defines how much fluid leaves the housing each shaft turn, and at 1500 rpm the unit supplies 100 l/min to actuators or manifolds. Maximum shaft speed is limited to 1800 rpm so bearing loads and oil shear remain within design limits, while a permitted minimum of 600 rpm supports steady flow at idle. Continuous working pressure can be sustained up to 175 bar, providing sufficient force for medium-power systems. Suction stability is maintained by keeping inlet pressure between 0.83 and 2.4 bar to prevent cavitation. Cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so internal surfaces stay free of abrasive particles, minimizing wear in the pumping elements. The fluid temperature window from −10 °C to +70 °C permits use in cold starts and warm ambient plants, and a viscosity range of 13 to 860 mm²/s ensures adequate lubrication across start-up and full-load conditions. Pressure delivery exits through an SAE 1 in port sized for the rated flow, while suction enters through a larger SAE 1 ½ in port to keep inlet velocity low.
