The PVV2-1X/060RD pump is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It delivers a fixed output for hydraulic automation by moving 60.0 cm³ of fluid per revolution. A maximum flow of 89 l/min at 1500 rpm supports medium capacity power units. The unit tolerates up to 175 bar of continuous pressure, allowing reliable circuit operation in standard industrial machines. Its highest permissible speed with a 1 bar inlet is 1800 min⁻¹, providing flexibility for motor-driven systems. The pump is intended for use with HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2, ensuring proper lubrication and sealing. Fluid must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to limit wear caused by solid contamination. When operated with HFB water-in-oil emulsions, maximum pressure is limited to 70 bar to prevent cavitation and erosion. The allowable pressure rises to 140 bar when HFC water-glycol fluids are used, reflecting their higher lubricity. With HFD-R phosphate ester fluids, peak speed is restricted to 1200 min⁻¹ to control temperature and viscosity effects. The pressure port is sized to SAE 1", providing a standard high-pressure outlet connection. This port sits on the top of the housing at 0° from the inlet, assisting in straightforward piping layout inside power packs. The suction port measures SAE 1 1/2", giving a low-restriction path for incoming fluid.
