The PVV2-1X/055RJ15DMB fixed displacement pump is built by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic circuits with a constant volume of 55.2 cm³ for every revolution, making it suitable for automation tasks that need predictable flow. An SAE-B (101-2) mounting flange allows direct installation on standard engine or motor pads, while the SAE-B 7/8 in 13-tooth spline drive shaft provides secure torque transmission to the internal gear set. The unit turns clockwise so machine designers must match prime mover rotation. Operation is permitted from 600 to 1800 min-1 when the inlet pressure is 1 bar; at 1500 min-1 the pump delivers up to 80 l/min to actuators. Continuous system loads can be held at 175 bar without reducing service life, and the 14.8 kg mass aids handling during assembly.
UNC fixing threads hold the housing to the mounting face and maintain alignment under load, supporting a peak drive shaft torque of 316 Nm during startup or pressure spikes. Circuit plumbing connects to a 1 in SAE pressure port set on the top side at 0° from the inlet, which streamlines rigid tube routing, and to a separate 1 1/2 in SAE suction port that minimizes inlet losses. The pump is filled with HLP mineral oil in accordance with DIN 51524-2 so that internal surfaces receive proper lubrication and corrosion protection. An NBR seal set contains the fluid and withstands typical petroleum-based oils used in mobile and industrial equipment. Together these features let the PVV2-1X/055RJ15DMB integrate into fixed-flow hydraulic automation where stable pressure, defined port geometry, and straightforward serviceability are required.
