The PVV2-1X/055RD is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and supplies constant hydraulic flow for automation systems. It tolerates continuous pressures up to 175 bar so circuit components can be sized for mid-range duty. Required oil cleanliness of ISO 4406 20/18/15 limits particulate contamination and helps preserve bearing life. Fluid temperature may vary between ‑10 °C and +70 °C, and an allowable viscosity band of 13 – 860 mm²/s ensures adequate film strength from cold start to full-load running. The pressure port is positioned on the top, 0° from the inlet, which simplifies vertical pipe routing and air bleed procedures. Because there is no through drive, the shaft line ends at this model and cannot carry additional pumps. A mass of 14.8 kg assists with bracket selection and manual handling when the pump is installed in compact power units.
