The PVV2-1X/045RA15UVB hydraulic pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series and provides constant flow for automated hydraulic drives. It relies on a vane design with fixed displacement to deliver predictable volume, rated at 45.4 cm³ per revolution. Clockwise shaft rotation is required to maintain correct inlet and outlet orientation. The unit works between 600 and 1800 min⁻¹ at a 1 bar inlet, allowing direct coupling to common electric motors. A maximum operating pressure of 210 bar lets it sustain medium-pressure circuits without derating. The housing attaches with an SAE-B (101-2) flange, and no through-drive is available, so the shaft cannot transfer power to additional pumps.
SAE suction and pressure ports fastened with fifteen UNC screws simplify installation. Fluid enters the SAE 1 1/2 in suction port and leaves the SAE 1 in pressure port positioned on the bottom, 180 degrees from the inlet, permitting compact reservoir layouts. HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2 is the specified pressure fluid to ensure adequate lubrication and sealing. An FKM seal set resists this oil and typical hydraulic temperatures.
