The PVV1-1X/036RD pump is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and provides a constant flow source for hydraulic automation circuits. A displacement of 36.4 cm³ per revolution defines the volume moved each shaft turn and supports predictable actuator speed. At 1,500 rpm the unit delivers up to 53 L/min, giving mid-range flow for machine tools and presses. Its continuous operating pressure of 210 bar maintains stable force on cylinders and motors, while an alternative fluid limit of 140 bar applies when water-glycol (HFC) is used to minimize fire risk. The minimum operating speed of 600 min⁻¹ prevents internal leakage and secures adequate lubrication, and an alternative fluid speed ceiling of 1,200 min⁻¹ avoids cavitation with HFC or HFB media. An SAE J744 flange mount positions the housing directly against standard electric or diesel drives, reducing alignment work. Pressure is routed through an SAE ¾ in outlet that faces upward because the pressure port is set at 0° from the inlet on the top side, simplifying rigid tube runs inside compact power units. Suction enters through an SAE 1 ½ in inlet sized to keep fluid velocity low and curb inlet pressure drop. Both ports use UNC-threaded SAE flanges so pipe connections share common hardware across the system. Clean fluid is critical; ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 cleanliness limits particle load to protect the gear set. The pump is intended for HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2, ensuring proper viscosity and film strength in industrial environments.
