The PVV1-1X/036RA15UVB fixed displacement pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series to supply constant hydraulic flow for automation systems. The unit displaces 36.4 cm³ of fluid per revolution, letting designers calculate circuit flow directly from shaft speed. A clockwise rotation orientation matches standard right-hand electric motors, and a cylindrical drive shaft simplifies coupling. Flange mounting in accordance with SAE J744 is provided, and the 101-2 SAE-B flange version lines up with common motor adapters. Operating speed may range from 600 to 1800 min⁻¹, where the lower limit secures lubrication and the upper limit applies when inlet pressure is 1 bar.
At 1500 min⁻¹ the pump supplies 53 l/min, while continuous pressure is limited to 210 bar to protect internal components. The drive can transmit up to 250 Nm of shaft torque without damage. A bottom pressure port located 180 degrees from the inlet aids straight pipe runs and is threaded for an SAE 3/4-inch fitting; the suction port uses an SAE 1 1/2-inch interface to keep inlet velocity low. HLP mineral oil to DIN 51524-2 is the required pressure fluid, and system cleanliness must be held at ISO 4406 20/18/15 to control wear. FKM seals resist heat and oil additives, rounding out the pump’s suitability for continuous industrial duty.
