The PVV1-1X/036RA15DMB pump is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies a constant flow of hydraulic oil for industrial automation. The displacement is 36.4 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn moves that volume into the circuit. A maximum continuous pressure of 210 bar lets the unit maintain force in high-load actuators. When driven at 1 500 rpm it provides 53 l/min, covering medium-capacity cylinders and motors. The pump can run up to 1 800 rpm with a 1 bar inlet to increase output when the prime mover allows, while a minimum speed of 600 rpm is required to keep internal lubrication effective. The pressure port is located on the top at 0° from the inlet to simplify hose routing, and it uses a SAE 3/4 in connection that supports the rated flow without excessive velocity. The suction side accepts a larger SAE 1 1/2 in fitting to minimize inlet resistance and keep the pump charged at higher speeds. Permitted oil viscosity spans from 13 mm²/s to 860 mm²/s, allowing the use of various hydraulic fluid grades. Operating fluid temperature must stay between –10 °C and +70 °C to protect seals and bearings from thermal damage. These limits define the environmental window in which the pump can perform reliably during continuous duty.
