The PVV1-1X/018RA15DMB pump belongs to the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth, and it supplies constant volume flow for hydraulic automation circuits. A displacement of 18.0 cm³ per revolution sets the fixed volume delivered with each shaft turn, supporting predictable actuator movement. At 1500 rpm it produces a maximum flow of 26 l/min, which determines the downstream speed of cylinders and motors. The unit tolerates continuous system pressure up to 210 bar so it can drive medium-pressure hydraulic loads without overstressing the housing. When the inlet is held at 1 bar absolute, the shaft may run at speeds up to 1800 min⁻¹, permitting compact power units to reach rated flow quickly. The suction port uses an SAE 1 1/2″ connection to accommodate low-restriction return lines from the reservoir. Installation is simplified by an SAE-B (101-2) mounting flange that matches common industrial motor bell housings. The pressure outlet employs an SAE 3/4″ port located on the top side directly in line with the inlet, which shortens manifold paths in vertical power packs. Clockwise rotation when viewed from the shaft aligns with standard electric motor drives and prevents cross-port misalignment in existing systems. NBR seal material contains mineral hydraulic oils while resisting swelling within the specified temperature range. Operating fluid may be as cold as –10 °C and as hot as +70 °C, enabling year-round service in unheated or mildly heated plants. A minimum fluid viscosity of 13 mm²/s is required to maintain film strength across the internal gear surfaces. The pump weighs 12 kg, so a single technician can mount or replace it without lifting equipment.
