The PVV-51-1X/139-018RB15DDMC pump is part of the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies constant hydraulic flow for automated circuits. It turns clockwise, so drive shafts and hose routing must follow that rotation. The cover side displacement is 18.0 cm³ per revolution, providing a small metered volume for pilot or auxiliary functions, while the flange side displacement is 138.6 cm³ per revolution to move the main system fluid. At 1,500 rpm the cover side delivers up to 26 l/min, sufficient for control loops, and the flange side delivers 203 l/min to feed primary actuators. A maximum speed of 1,800 rpm with a 1 bar inlet allows the pump to serve variable-speed drives without cavitation. The cover side sustains 210 bar continuous pressure, ensuring reliable output for precision valves that require high inlet stability.
The flange side is rated for 175 bar continuous pressure, giving adequate margin for cylinders or motors that see lower working loads. Installation uses an SAE-C (127-2) mounting flange so the housing bolts directly to standardized power take-offs. Pressure lines connect through an SAE 3/4 in port on the cover side and an SAE 1 1/2 in port on the flange side, allowing different hose sizes for the two flow paths. Both pressure ports are on the top at 0°, which simplifies rigid piping and air bleeding during commissioning. Fluid sealing relies on NBR material to handle common mineral oils and moderate temperatures, and the suction inlet is an SAE 3 1/2 in port that reduces velocity losses on the larger displacement section.
