System piping connects to a pressure port sized at SAE 1 1/4 in, with 7/16-14 UNC threads securing the port fittings; this port sits on the top side, in line with the inlet at 0°. The suction side accepts SAE 2 in hose ends and is fixed with 1/2-13 UNC screws to maintain seal integrity. External coupling must be accurately aligned because radial or axial shaft loads are not permissible on this model.
