The hydraulic circuit can be pressurized continuously to 140 bar, while inlet conditions must stay between 0.83 bar and 2.4 bar absolute to prevent cavitation and seal overload. Service temperatures from –10 °C to +70 °C keep viscosity within the range expected by the internal clearances. The pressure port sits on the top face, aligned at 0° to the inlet, and accepts a SAE 3/4 in connection secured by 3/8-16 UNC threads. Suction flow enters through a SAE 1 1/2 in fitting with 1/2-13 UNC threads, providing a low-restriction path to the gear set. These port dimensions and orientations support compact manifold routing and maintain laminar flow into and out of the pump housing.
