The PVQ1-1X/018R hydraulic pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series. It delivers a constant volumetric output for automation tasks such as pressure supply to cylinders and motors. The unit is built in size 1, providing a small footprint for machines with limited mounting space. Its displacement of 18.0 cm³ per revolution sets the base flow rate, while a maximum continuous pressure of 210 bar allows operation in medium-pressure circuits. Maximum flow reaches 26 L/min at 1500 min⁻¹, supporting steady actuator speeds in general machinery. The shaft is specified for clockwise rotation, and because the flow direction is independent of rotation the external piping can remain unchanged when drive orientation is adjusted.
Permissible speed extends up to 2700 min⁻¹ when inlet pressure is at 1 bar absolute, giving flexibility for faster cycles, whereas the pump must not run below 600 min⁻¹ to maintain internal lubrication. The inlet side needs at least 0.83 bar absolute to prevent cavitation, and at 1450 min⁻¹ the drive motor must supply 1.1 kW, guiding power-train selection. Hydraulic fluid must be HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524-2 to ensure seal and bearing compatibility, and system filtration has to keep the oil at ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 or cleaner to protect the gear set from wear.
