The PGH5-3X/063RE11VU2 gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the PGH High Pressure Gear Pumps series and is intended to move hydraulic oil in automated circuits that demand stable high pressure flow. Its displacement volume of 64.7 cm³ per revolution provides a fixed charge for predictable actuator speed, and a continuous pressure limit of 315 bar sustains that output during normal duty. Rotation is clockwise, matching power units that drive from the right-hand side. ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 is required at the inlet to prevent abrasive wear on the gear set. Installation uses an SAE two-hole 152-2 flange per ISO 3019-1, while a 40 mm shaft end connects directly to standard electric motors. An FKM seal keeps the housing tight when the pump handles HLP, HEES, or HFDU fluids.

At 1450 rpm with 10 bar and 30 mm²/s oil, it delivers 92.8 L/min, and it can supply up to 189 L/min when driven near its maximum speed. A through-drive is present so an additional pump can be piggy-backed on the same prime mover. Overall mass is 42 kg, so the mounting frame must support that weight and maintain alignment.
