The PGH5-2X/125RE11VE4 gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the PGH High Pressure Gear Pumps series and supplies constant flow for hydraulic automation. Its fixed displacement of 125.3 cm³ per revolution delivers a repeatable volume with every shaft turn, while clockwise rotation aligns with systems that route flow to the right side of the drive. The pump accepts viscosities up to 2000 mm²/s at start-up so cold fluid can circulate without damage, then runs within a 10 to 300 mm²/s window during normal duty. An ISO 3019-2 four-bolt E4 mounting flange provides direct attachment to common power-unit pads. Inlet flow enters through a 2-1/2 inch SAE port from the Standard Pressure Series, minimizing suction losses in high-flow circuits.
The outlet side uses a 1-1/2 inch SAE port from the High-Pressure Series, allowing the pump to sustain a continuous operating pressure of 350 bar. FKM sealing elements prevent leaks under this pressure and resist chemical swelling. Approved media include HLP, HETG, HEES, HFD, and HFC fluids, giving flexibility for mineral oil, biodegradable, or fire-resistant service. A cleanliness level of ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 is required to protect the gear teeth and bearings from abrasive wear. Together, these parameters enable reliable operation in hydraulic power packs that demand stable flow, high pressure, and compatibility with multiple fluid types.
