The P2GH4-3X/050+GH4-3X/025REVU2 pump belongs to the PGH High Pressure Gear Pumps series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It feeds hydraulic automation circuits at a continuous pressure of 315 bar. The front stage displacement is 50.70 cm³ per revolution, and at the rated speed limit of 3000 rpm it reaches a maximum flow of 150 L/min. Suction oil is drawn through a 2″ SAE standard inlet and is delivered to the system by a 1″ SAE high-pressure outlet. A clockwise input rotation is specified, and the housing attaches to prime movers with an SAE 2-hole U2 mounting flange.
The second stage displaces 25.30 cm³ per revolution and tolerates intermittent pressures up to 350 bar for short-duration load spikes. This rear section uses a 1 1/4″ SAE standard suction port and a 3/4″ SAE high-pressure outlet to separate its flow path from the front stage. A 25 mm shaft end produced to ISO 3019-2 dimensions simplifies coupling alignment, while FKM seals provide compatibility with high-temperature hydraulic fluids. The unit is equipped with a through-drive so an additional pump can be mounted in tandem when higher circuit capacity is required.
