The PGF3-3X/032RJ07VU2 internal gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic circuits with fixed displacement flow for industrial automation. A displacement of 32.5 cm³ per revolution sets the volume delivered each shaft turn, while a right-hand clockwise rotation matches standard motor drives. The pump starts delivering fluid from 500 rpm and can run continuously up to 3000 rpm, giving a maximum flow of 47.1 L per minute at 10 bar and 1450 rpm. Continuous system work is supported by a maximum operating pressure of 210 bar, and transient events can be handled with a pressure peak tolerance of 250 bar.
For mechanical integration, the unit uses a two-hole ISO 3019-1 (101-2) mounting flange and a rectangular ISO 6162-1 line connection, so it aligns directly with common manifold blocks. Pressure fluid exits through an SAE 3/4 port, and suction fluid enters through an SAE 1 1/4 port to minimize inlet losses. Torque is transferred through a 13-tooth 16/32 DP 30° spline, allowing the shaft to withstand up to 230 Nm of drive torque and to pass 140 Nm to a connected through-drive unit. The pump weighs 5.3 kg, making it light enough for elevated installations without additional structural support.
