The PGF3-3X/025RL07VM internal gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and serves to move hydraulic fluid in automated systems. It displaces 25.4 cm³ per revolution, establishing the flow rate per shaft turn. Clockwise rotation aligns with drives that follow standard right-hand orientation. The pump sustains 210 bar continuously and allows 250 bar for intermittent peaks, supporting steady load and brief overload conditions. Operability ranges from 500 min⁻¹ to 3200 min⁻¹, letting engineers balance noise, efficiency, and flow. A 2-hole mount with a 52 mm centering diameter positions the housing accurately, and an FKM seal resists common hydraulic oils.
The design tolerates an absolute inlet pressure up to 3 bar, which helps avoid cavitation when reservoirs are located below the pump. A 3/4 in SAE pressure port feeds the circuit, while a 1-1/4 in SAE suction port admits fluid with minimal restriction. Oil temperature may reach 100 °C, so heat management must keep the medium within this limit. Viscosity between 10 mm²/s and 300 mm²/s is acceptable, allowing reliable starts in cold oil and stable running as it thins. ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 is specified to limit particulate levels and protect the internal gear set.
