The PGF3-3X/025RJ07VU2 internal gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and serves to supply pressurized oil in hydraulic automation. It displaces 25.4 cm³ per revolution, turns clockwise, and delivers 36.8 L/min when operated at 1450 rpm. Operation is permitted from 500 min⁻¹ up to 3200 min⁻¹, allowing flexible speed control. The outlet can be maintained at 210 bar during continuous duty, and intermittent peaks up to 250 bar are acceptable without exceeding its pressure limit.
The drive shaft transfers up to 230 Nm, while the through-drive connection endures 140 Nm for cascading units. Mounting follows ISO 3019-1 with a 101.6 mm pilot, and the housing length is 140.5 mm. A 13-tooth spline specified as 16/32 DP at 30° secures the coupling. Fluid ports conform to ISO 6162-1; the pressure side uses an SAE 3/4 in fitting, and the suction side uses an SAE 1 1/4 in fitting to accommodate the required flow.
