The PGF3-3X/025RE07VE4 internal gear pump is part of the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth, intended to supply consistent hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It turns clockwise, so designers must match motor rotation accordingly. A displacement of 25.4 cm³ per revolution sets the volumetric output for each shaft turn, and a minimum speed of 500 rpm establishes the lowest drive velocity that still maintains lubrication. At 10 bar and 1450 rpm the pump delivers a maximum flow of 36.8 L/min, allowing moderate circuit throughput for actuators. The 100B4SW mounting flange following ISO 3019-2 simplifies direct coupling to standard motor faces, while an SAE 1 1/4 suction port provides a large inlet to reduce entry losses. For load-free startup the suction side may be exposed to pressures as high as 3 bar without compromising operation.

The unit sustains continuous system pressure up to 210 bar and it tolerates brief peaks to 250 bar, enabling short overload events during rapid cylinder movements. These pressure limits permit the pump to serve medium-duty hydraulic circuits without frequent relief valve engagement. A minimum load-free suction pressure of 0.6 bar defines the lowest inlet pressure that avoids cavitation at the gear set, so it can be mounted where reservoir head is limited. The outlet is fitted with an SAE 3/4 pressure port, facilitating straightforward connection to common hydraulic lines. An FKM shaft seal resists high-temperature hydraulic oils and minimizes leakage along the drive shaft. Power is transmitted through a B8 × 7 × 30 keyed shaft, providing positive torque engagement with standard couplings, and the overall mass of 4.9 kg lets one technician position the pump easily.
