The PGF3-3X/020RL07VM internal gear pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It supplies pressurized flow for hydraulic automation circuits in compact machinery. The displacement is 20.6 cm³ per revolution, which determines the volume delivered each shaft turn and helps size the actuator speed. Rotation is clockwise when the shaft is viewed, so drive motors must match this direction. Continuous service begins at a minimum speed of 500 rpm and extends to a maximum speed of 3600 rpm, defining the allowable operating envelope. At 1450 rpm and 10 bar the pump delivers 29.9 L/min, giving designers a benchmark for normal flow capability. A maximum operating pressure of 210 bar supports most mobile and industrial systems, while a 250 bar pressure peak can be tolerated for short transients without damaging internal components. The housing uses a two-hole mounting pattern with a Ø52 mm centering pilot, providing straightforward alignment to motor flanges.

The pump weighs 4.8 kg, light enough for single-person installation yet substantial for vibration damping in fixed manifolds. A suction port sized at SAE 1 1/4 in offers low inlet velocity to minimize cavitation, whereas the pressure port is SAE 3/4 in to connect directly to common high-pressure lines. Suction side conditions must remain below 3 bar when no load is applied, and not fall under 0.6 bar absolute, limits that protect the gear set from excessive bearing load or vapor formation. Shaft hubs may pass up to 140 Nm of through-drive torque, allowing an additional pump section to be coupled without overstressing the internal gears. All dynamic seals are formed from FKM, so the unit can handle mineral oils and higher fluid temperatures found in continuous-duty automation.
