The PGF2-2X/022RE20VE4 internal gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid to hydraulic automation circuits. Its displacement is 22 cm³ per revolution, which fixes the volumetric output for each shaft turn. The allowable speed window spans from 600 rpm to 3000 rpm so drive packages can choose slow, efficient idling or high-flow operation. When driven at 1450 rpm and 10 bar, the pump delivers 31.9 l/min, a rate suitable for medium-duty machines. Rotation is clockwise, matching common electric motor orientations. An ISO 3019-2 80B4HW mounting flange aligns the housing with standard power-unit faces, and a square flange connection based on DIN 3901/3902 provides a rigid path for pressure and return lines. FKM seals are fitted to contain hydraulic oil and resist swelling under system temperatures and pressures.
Ambient operating conditions can vary from −20 °C to +60 °C, letting the pump work in unheated workshops or warm engine rooms. Hydraulic fluid is permitted to range between −20 °C and +100 °C, supporting cold starts as well as elevated return oil temperatures during sustained duty. The absolute inlet pressure must stay above 0.6 bar yet below 3 bar to prevent cavitation and avoid seal overload. Continuous circuit pressure may reach 180 bar, and momentary peaks can rise to 210 bar without impairing the internal gears. Acceptable fluid viscosity lies between 10 mm²/s and 300 mm²/s, covering most ISO VG hydraulic oils used in industrial automation.
