The PGF2-2X/019RJ20VU2 internal gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic circuits in automated machinery with a fixed displacement of 18.9 cm³ per revolution, which provides predictable volume delivery. The pump is configured for clockwise rotation so drive shafts must match this orientation. When driven at 1450 rpm against 10 bar, it delivers a volumetric flow of 27.4 L per minute, supporting medium-size actuator groups. Continuous duty is allowed down to 600 rpm, permitting speed-controlled energy savings during partial load cycles. System pressure can be maintained at 210 bar, while short transient rises are allowed up to a 250 bar peak, giving a safety margin during shock events. An FKM shaft seal is fitted to resist mineral oils and elevated fluid temperatures encountered in industrial power units.
For mechanical integration, the housing centers on an 82.55 mm pilot and bolts to a SAE 2-hole flange specified in ISO 3019-1 82-2, simplifying interchange with other frame-size pumps. Fluid ports are provided through a square flange in accordance with DIN 3901/3902 so rigid pipework can be attached without adapters. Power is transmitted through a spline that follows SAE J498b with nine teeth at 16/32 DP and a 30° pressure angle, enabling direct coupling to standard electric motor shafts. The drive train can apply up to 90 Nm of input torque, and an auxiliary pump or PTO may draw as much as 70 Nm through-drive torque from the shaft extension. Despite these ratings, the assembly weighs 4.9 kg, allowing installation on mobile hydraulic blocks and compact manifold stations without excessive structural reinforcement.
