The PGF2-2X/019RE20VE4 gear pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and is applied in hydraulic automation to convey oil at a defined volume per revolution. The pump rotates clockwise, fixing port orientation for circuit designers. Operation can slow to 600 rpm without loss of lubrication, giving flexibility to variable-speed drives. The pressure port features a 12 mm bore and a 35 mm pitch circle so fasteners align precisely and sealing surfaces stay uniform. The suction port uses a 26 mm bore with a 55 mm pitch circle to lower inlet velocity and minimize cavitation risk. An FKM seal separates the hydraulic fluid from the environment and resists oil and heat, supporting long service life in continuous-duty installations.
