The PGF2-2X/013LL01VM internal gear pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and is built by Bosch Rexroth to supply controlled hydraulic flow in automation circuits. The inlet side accepts a maximum absolute pressure of 3 bar, allowing placement above or below tank level without damaging the lip seals. Conversely it requires at least 0.6 bar absolute inlet pressure to prevent cavitation during cold start or high viscosity conditions. Hydraulic lines connect through BSPP threads in accordance with ISO 228-1, which provide reliable sealing with common straight-thread fittings. The shaft end is a 2-face driver with through-drive so an additional pump or accessory can be stacked in series without extra couplings. Through-drive torque is limited to 70 Nm, a value that guides selection of downstream components. The pump uses FKM seal material. This compound resists mineral oils and higher temperatures that occur in continuous industrial service. Unit mass is 2.6 kg, enabling easy handling when mounting on compact power packs.
