The PGF2-2X/008RN01VM internal gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic power in automated machinery by converting rotary motion into pressurized flow. A displacement of 8.2 cm³ per revolution sets the fundamental volume transfer rate per shaft rotation. At 1450 rpm and 10 bar, the pump delivers 11.9 L/min to maintain steady actuator velocity in moderate-duty systems. Continuous outlet pressure is limited to 210 bar so the unit can operate for long periods without excessive wear, while a 250 bar intermittent rating allows short pressure peaks during rapid cycle changes. Speed can be reduced to 600 rpm when slow, quiet operation is needed, and it can rise to 3600 rpm for high flow demand. Clockwise rotation matches common motor drives and simplifies integration with standard right-hand pump mounts.
For reliable suction, inlet pressure may drop to 0.6 bar absolute without risking cavitation, and it may reach up to 3 bar absolute when the reservoir is pressurized. A centering diameter of 52 mm aligns the housing on the mounting face, and the 2-hole mounting pattern secures the pump to bracketry or motor adapters. Porting follows ISO 228-1 so threaded fittings can be selected from widely available hydraulic components. The pressure port uses a G 1/2 BSPP thread to connect to downstream circuitry, while the suction port is threaded G 3/4 BSPP to minimize inlet velocity losses. An FKM seal set resists mineral oil, synthetic fluids, and elevated temperatures encountered in industrial hydraulic loops.
