The PGF2-2X/008LN01VM internal gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and is intended to supply fixed-volume flow for hydraulic automation circuits. A displacement of 8.2 cm³ per revolution establishes its delivery rate for predictable actuator motion. Counter-clockwise rotation defines the required drive direction. Operating speed extends from 600 to 3600 min⁻¹, enabling both low-idle and high-demand operation. The inlet can withstand absolute pressures between 0.6 and 3 bar, guarding against cavitation while accepting moderate back-pressure from reservoir filters. Flow enters through a G 3/4 suction port and exits through a G 1/2 pressure port compliant with ISO 228-1, simplifying connection to standard pipe fittings. Continuous system pressure can be maintained at 210 bar, and short peaks up to 250 bar are permissible to absorb load transients. An FKM seal resists hydraulic oil and heat, preventing leakage during extended duty cycles. The assembled weight of 2.2 kg permits installation on compact power units without heavy support structures.
