The PGF2-2X/006RJ20VU2 internal gear pump is part of the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation. It displaces 6.5 cm³ per revolution, allowing predictable volume delivery for small to medium actuator circuits. Clockwise rotation is required, so the drive coupling must follow that orientation. A minimum drive speed of 600 rpm keeps the hydrodynamic film intact and prevents flow instability. When operated at 10 bar and 1450 rpm, the pump delivers up to 9.4 L/min, supplying steady flow to proportional valves and cylinders. Continuous duty is permitted at 210 bar, while a short-term pressure peak of 250 bar covers transient load spikes without structural damage.
Hydraulic fluid temperatures may reach 100 °C, therefore system cooling must maintain fluid below this limit. The unit mounts with an SAE two-hole flange coded U2, providing a standardized interface to electric motors or bell housings. Square flange ports according to DIN 3901/3902 simplify rigid line connections during installation. A 20 mm suction port diameter minimizes inlet velocity, and a 12 mm pressure port diameter suits common high-pressure tubing. Suction conditions may not exceed 3 bar and should remain above 0.6 bar when unloaded to prevent cavitation. The pump’s mass of 4.2 kg facilitates manual handling during assembly and service.
