The PGF1-2X/4.1LN01VM pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series to supply hydraulic automation circuits with a steady pressure source. It turns to the left, so the prime mover must match that rotation. A geometrical displacement of 4.1 cm³ per revolution meters the oil volume for predictable actuator motion. The unit needs at least 600 rpm to sustain internal lubrication, while a flow of 6.0 l/min at 10 bar and 1450 rpm covers low-volume systems. Continuous duty is supported up to 210 bar, and a peak rating of 250 bar tolerates brief pressure spikes without damaging the gear set.
The drive motor only has to supply 0.75 kW, keeping power-pack energy demand modest, and the shaft sees no more than 14 Nm of torque, which allows light couplings. A moment of inertia of 0.000021 kg·m² lets the assembly accelerate quickly during cyclic operation. Installation uses a two-hole attachment on a 32 mm pattern for straightforward alignment, and the housing weight of 2.0 kg permits single-person handling. Fluid connections follow BSPP threads per ISO 228-1; the pressure port is G 3/8 and the suction port is also G 3/8, so identical hoses can be stocked for both lines.
