The PGF1-2X/3 2LN01VM internal gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series. It delivers hydraulic fluid to actuators in automatic machinery. A displacement of 3.2 cm³ per revolution determines the volume pushed through the circuit at each shaft turn. The permitted oil types are HL and HLP in accordance with DIN 51524, ensuring compatibility with standard mineral based fluids. A cleanliness level of ISO 4406 20/18/15 is required so particle contamination does not accelerate wear. Minimum operating speed is 600 rpm, while maximum speed reaches 3600 rpm, giving a broad control range for variable-drive systems. The pump may start with viscosities up to 2000 mm²/s, allowing cold-start operation in high-viscosity oils. Continuous outlet pressure is limited to 210 bar and the drive shaft must not exceed 14 Nm, parameters that define safe steady-state loading.
Intermittent outlet pressure can rise to 250 bar, accommodating short duty cycles that call for higher force. Mounting uses a two-hole pattern with a 32 mm diameter, simplifying attachment to common motor flanges. Fluid ports follow ISO 228-1 BSPP, with a G 1/4 thread on the pressure side and a G 3/8 thread on the suction side, so standard tube fittings can be used without adapters. An FKM seal is fitted to resist heat and mineral oil exposure during long service intervals. The assembled unit weighs 1.0 kg, which aids installation in compact power packs and reduces load on support brackets.
