It supplies pressurized flow for hydraulic automation circuits where compact size and stable delivery are required. A displacement of 2.2 cm³ per revolution sets the volumetric output for each shaft turn. The unit sustains a continuous output pressure of 210 bar to support actuators during normal duty, while an intermittent limit of 250 bar tolerates brief load spikes without damage. Maximum shaft speed is 3600 rpm, letting designers pair it with fast electric motors, and the minimum speed of 600 rpm maintains lubrication at low flow. Clockwise rotation is specified, so coupling orientation must follow that direction when integrating the pump.
The pump accepts HL or HLP hydraulic fluid defined in DIN 51524, ensuring compatibility with common mineral oils used in industrial power units. A centering diameter of 32 mm positions the housing accurately on the drive flange and minimizes vibration. Both pressure and suction ports are threaded G 1/4 according to ISO 228-1, so standard fittings can be installed without adapters. A permitted starting viscosity of 2000 mm²/s allows cold-start operation with high-viscosity oil. Operating fluid temperature may range from −20 °C to +100 °C, letting the pump function in refrigerated environments and hot return lines alike. Ambient temperature must not exceed 60 °C to protect seals and bearings, and the overall weight of 0.9 kg simplifies manual handling during maintenance or retrofit work.
