The PGF1-2X/2 2RA01VP1 pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and is intended to deliver hydraulic power to compact automation assemblies. The design tolerates intermittent outlet pressure up to 250 bar for short load spikes typical of rapid cycle machines. A G 1/4 BSPP thread is supplied on the pressure port, and the suction port uses the same G 1/4 BSPP thread so identical fittings can be stocked. FKM seals resist heat and mineral oil, extending service life in continuous duty. System filtration must maintain ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to protect the gear set from abrasive wear. The drive shaft has a 12 mm diameter, allowing direct coupling to compact electric motors without additional sleeves. With a weight of 0.9 kg, the pump imposes minimal overhung load on the mounting face and can be handled easily during maintenance.
