The PGF1-2X/1 7RE01VU2 internal gear pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies hydraulic circuits with a fixed displacement of 1.7 cm3 per revolution and is designed for clockwise shaft rotation, so drive motors must turn in the same direction. At 1450 rpm the pump delivers 2.4 L/min, giving steady flow for pilot valves or lubrication feeds. Continuous service is allowed up to 180 bar, accommodating medium-pressure machine tools or presses. The unit works with HL or HLP oils specified in DIN 51524 to maintain film strength and seal compatibility. Shaft speed can reach 4500 rpm, allowing operators to adjust flow by varying motor speed within this limit.
The housing mounts with an ISO 3019-1 U2 82-2 flange, simplifying installation in standardized power packs. Suction and pressure ports share G 1/4 threads, so common fittings can be used on both sides. A through-drive is present, enabling a second pump to be coupled inline when extra flow or different pressure stages are required. Intermittent peaks up to 210 bar are tolerated without damage. The operating viscosity range extends to 300 mm2/s, and cold starts are permissible at viscosities as high as 2000 mm2/s. Inlet pressure must stay above 0.8 bar absolute to prevent cavitation, while maximum fluid temperature may reach 100 °C under continuous load. The pump weighs 0.8 kg, so it can be handled easily during assembly or maintenance.
