The P3GF3/025+GF3/020+GF3/020RE07+L07+L07E4 triple internal gear pump assembly belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. Designed to supply multiple hydraulic circuits from a single drive, it delivers fixed-displacement flow for automation tasks. The assembly turns clockwise, so it mates with standard right-hand prime movers. An E4 mounting flange in accordance with ISO 3019-2 secures the housing to common SAE pads. Suction and pressure ports are sized SAE 1-1/4 inch and SAE 3/4 inch, allowing direct connection to existing pipework. The first pump section provides 25.4 cm³ per revolution and produces 36.8 L/min at 1450 rpm under 10 bar. Its cylindrical output shaft coded “E” transmits torque smoothly, and the section tolerates continuous outlet pressures up to 210 bar. A maximum rotational speed of 3200 rpm supports higher flow when required.
The second and third pump stages share a displacement of 20.6 cm³ per revolution, each giving 29.9 L/min at 1450 rpm and 10 bar, so the unit can feed two auxiliary circuits independently. Both stages use a two-flat “L” shaft form that simplifies coupling to downstream modules inside the pump cartridge. The second stage can run at up to 3600 rpm to match variable speed drives, and the third stage maintains the same flow rate at reference speed for parallel operation. The entire assembly withstands intermittent outlet pressures up to 250 bar, permitting brief overloads during actuator acceleration or shock loading. Combined with the higher flow from the first stage, the triple layout offers three fixed delivery rates without adding separate pumps, reducing footprint and drive complexity. These characteristics support steady hydraulic automation in mobile equipment, presses, and machine tools where synchronized flows are important.
