The P2GF2/008+GF1/1 7RE01+01E4 pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and supplies controlled flow for hydraulic automation circuits. Its two-stage configuration lets one assembly feed separate lines from a single drive. The front stage displaces 8.2 cm³ per revolution to establish the base flow rate, and rotation is fixed to the right-hand clockwise direction so the prime mover must follow the same sense. Operation may slow to 600 rpm for low-demand cycles and can rise to 3600 rpm without overspeeding the gear set. Suction conditions are limited to 3 bar absolute inlet pressure to prevent cavitation. The working medium must be HL or HLP oil specified in DIN 51524 to maintain proper lubrication, and all dynamic joints are sealed with FKM elastomer for chemical and temperature resistance.

Continuous system duty is rated at 210 bar, while intermittent peaks up to 250 bar are accepted to absorb brief load spikes. A through-drive capacity of 70 Nm enables additional pumps to be stacked without overstressing the shaft. Fluid cleanliness has to meet ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 to reduce wear on internal gears. The housing mounts via a 4-hole ISO 3019-2 size 80B4HW flange that aligns with standard motor adapters, and torque is transmitted through an E20N shaft end covered by the same standard. Discharge flow exits the front stage through a G 1/2 thread, while inlet flow enters through a larger G 3/4 thread; both ports follow ISO 228-1 straight-thread geometry, streamlining connection to common hydraulic fittings.
