The MV037-A2-1S-020-30-B1-TBB-000 hydraulic motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the MV Rineer High Torque Vane Motors series. It supplies rotational power for hydraulic automation where compact size and high output are required. A displacement of 20 in³ per revolution (328 cm³/rev) defines the swept volume and establishes the flow rate needed to achieve target speed. Under a pressure differential of 3000 psi it delivers 722 lb-ft (979 N·m) of torque, allowing direct coupling to heavy work rolls, winches, or conveyor drives. The design sustains a continuous pressure up to 3000 psi (207 bar) and maintains operation at 1000 rpm without overheating, so duty cycles can remain uninterrupted during production shifts. Installation follows the SAE J744 152-4 four-bolt flange pattern, while a pilot diameter of 152.4 mm aligns the housing precisely with the mounting face. Hydraulic lines attach through a 1-1/2 in four-bolt, two-port flange which simplifies rigid pipe connections on mobile and stationary equipment.

The unit accepts intermittent loads above the continuous rating, enduring momentary pressure spikes to 3500 psi (241 bar) and brief speed increases to 1200 rpm; these margins prevent damage when cylinders stall or demand surges occur. NBR (Buna) O-rings are fitted in the main body to seal static joints against fluid leakage during high-temperature service, and identical NBR seals are placed in the pedestal section to keep fluid paths isolated between the rotating cartridge and housing. A TCN radial lip shaft seal closes the drive end, retaining hydraulic oil while excluding contaminants from the bearing cavity. Combined, these sealing elements support long service life in abrasive industrial environments and minimize unplanned maintenance.
