The MPGB005HTYZ4DEOFS1AZPF12011K1NN motor pump set is built by Bosch Rexroth for the MPGB-AZPF Close-Coupled Motor Pumps series. It combines an electric motor with a gear pump to provide hydraulic power in automated machinery. The unit can run on either 50 or 60 Hz mains, giving flexibility for global installations. At 50 Hz the motor speed is 1450 rpm, and at 60 Hz it increases to 1750 rpm, keeping flow consistent despite frequency changes. Dual-voltage windings support 190–208/380–416 V at 50 Hz and 208–230/460 V at 60 Hz, so users can wire for low or high line supplies. A 5 HP output supplies moderate shaft power for presses, clamps, or indexing fixtures. The four-pole design establishes the synchronous speed needed for the listed rpm levels. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the stator while forced air manages heat, and the 184TYZ frame size defines mounting dimensions for straightforward replacement.
The integrated AZPF gear pump displaces 0.67 in³ per revolution (11 cc/rev), turning motor rotation into predictable oil delivery. A female drive shaft on the motor eases direct engagement with the pump gear set and eliminates alignment bushings. At nominal speed the assembly provides up to 5.2 gpm (19.8 L/min), adequate for compact machine actuators. System pressure may be maintained at 1920 psi (132 bar) during full-flow operation, enabling high clamping or forming forces. Pressure fluid exits through an SAE-10 port with 7/8-14 UNF-2B threads for straightforward hose attachment. The suction side uses an SAE-12 port that points downward in line with the motor feet, allowing reservoir oil to enter under gravity and helping the pump stay primed after shutdown. This port orientation also simplifies base-mounted installations where vertical clearance is limited.
