The MPGB002HTYZ4DEOFS1AZPF12008K1NN close-coupled motor pump belongs to the MPGB-AZPF Close-Coupled Motor Pumps series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic power generation. The pump section displaces 0.49 in³ per revolution (8 cc/rev), so each motor turn delivers a fixed volume to the circuit. A maximum flow of 3.8 gpm (14.4 L/min) defines the continuous delivery capability at rated speed, while a pressure limit of 1060 psi (73 bar) permits operation in moderate-pressure actuation loops. A keyed pump shaft locks the impeller to the motor output to preserve alignment during start-up torque. Fluid exits through an SAE-10 (7/8-14 UNF-2B) pressure port sized for standard hydraulic tubing, and enters through an SAE-12 (1-1/16-12 UN-2B) suction port positioned downward in line with the motor feet to promote self-priming from a reservoir below. The totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure shields the motor from airborne oil mist, and the F1 junction box position places the wiring compartment toward the top of the frame for straightforward conduit runs.

The integrated electric motor uses frame size 145TYZ, giving a compact footprint for machine skids and test benches. Its rated output of 2 HP supplies the mechanical energy needed to maintain the stated flow and pressure without overheating. When powered from a 50 Hz supply the shaft turns at 1450 rpm, and at 60 Hz it rises to 1750 rpm, allowing regional power frequency to alter delivery rate without mechanical changes. Corresponding dual-voltage windings support 190–208/380–416 V at 50 Hz and 208–230/460 V at 60 Hz, so the unit can be wired for either low or high line voltage in three-phase installations. This voltage flexibility is important for export systems where site power varies. The close-coupled arrangement eliminates a separate coupling and bearing set, which reduces alignment tasks and vibration, while an internal fan moves air along the frame to evacuate motor heat during continuous hydraulic duty.
