The MPGB010HTYZ46EZFS1HA10018DFRKNN1NN close-coupled motor pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the MPGB-A10VSO Close-Coupled Motor Pumps series and supplies hydraulic power in automated equipment. Its pump displacement of 1.10 in³/rev (18 cc) sets the volume delivered per revolution, and DFR pump control modulates output to match circuit pressure requirements. A maximum flow of 8 gpm (30 L/min) defines the highest delivery rate, while a limit of 1900 psi (129 bar) at full flow protects system components from over-pressure. Pressure fluid exits through a 3/4 in SAE Code 61 flange, and oil enters through a 1 in SAE Code 61 suction flange sized for adequate inlet velocity. Internal leakage is routed back to tank via an SAE 06 case drain port with 9/16-18 UNF-2B threads to prevent housing pressurization.
The integrated motor provides 10 hp to drive the pump and is wound for 208-230/460 V operation on 60 Hz power supplies, giving flexibility for common three-phase grids. Four motor poles establish the synchronous speed needed for the rated flow, and a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure keeps dust and moisture away from the windings while an external fan moves cooling air. The motor shaft is female, allowing direct coupling to the keyed pump shaft so torque is transferred without slippage. Because no through-drive is included, the assembly cannot run additional pumps in series, which keeps the package compact for tight machinery layouts.
