The MPG-AA10VSO45DR30RF1V close-coupled unit is part of the MPGB-A10VSO Close-Coupled Motor Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It combines an axial piston variable displacement pump with a TEFC electric motor to supply controllable hydraulic power in automation circuits. The pump section delivers 45 cm³ per revolution, which allows a maximum flow of 76 L/min when the motor runs at its rated 1800 rpm. The motor operates on 230 or 460 V three-phase supply, and its frame follows the NEMA standard for straightforward interchange with industrial mounts. A female motor shaft mates directly to the pump coupling, minimizing alignment work and conserving installation space.
The hydraulic side uses a keyed pump shaft to transmit torque inside the housing while securing the rotor set against slip. Fluid enters through a 1.50 in Code 61 suction flange and exits the pressure side through a 1.00 in Code 61 flange for line connection to valves or actuators. Excess case oil is returned through an SAE 10 case drain port sized 7/8-14 UNF-2B, and system control lines can be tied to the SAE 04 DR port threaded 7/16-20 UNF-2B. These port selections simplify manifold design and keep pressure losses low during continuous duty.
