The SRMCR5D750L50Z32A0M1L01 radial piston motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the MCR Radial Piston Motors series. Designed for hydraulic automation, it converts pressurized fluid into low-speed, high-torque rotation for track drives, winches, or conveyor rollers. The motor displacement is 750 cm³ per revolution, establishing the flow needed to reach target speed. A 50 mm drive shaft diameter transmits up to 3000 Nm of torque to connected power-train elements. Specific torque is 12 Nm per bar, so system pressure directly scales output torque during control. Hydraulic lines connect through 1 1/16-12 UNF inlet and outlet ports, and a 3/4-16 UNF case-drain port removes leakage oil to the tank. NBR seal material keeps mineral oil contained under thermal cycling, and there is no through shaft, so power exits solely through the main shaft.
The motor accepts a differential pressure of 400 bar between work ports and withstands momentary peaks of 420 bar at port A or B. Case-drain pressure can rise to 10 bar without harming internal components. The bearing arrangement supports 50 000 N of axial load from the left side and 32 000 N from the right, permitting overhung sprockets or pulleys in mobile machinery. Maximum operating speed is 240 rpm when sufficient flow is available, while smooth running begins at only 0.5 rpm for creep functions during precise positioning. These pressure, load, and speed limits define duty boundaries so designers can size pumps, relief valves, and structural supports in the hydraulic circuit.
