The LFA63DREV-7X/006 control cover from Bosch Rexroth is part of the LFA 2 Way Control Covers series and is used to set and modulate pressure in hydraulic automation blocks. It attaches to a subplate, as specified by its subplate mounting connection, so service technicians can exchange units without reworking manifolds. The nominal size 63 cavity gives the cover flow capacity suitable for high-volume circuits. Electrical-proportional actuation permits continuous pressure adjustment from an external amplifier rather than fixed settings. The cover accepts mineral oils HL and HLP as well as the biodegradable fluids HETG, HEPG, and HEES, which broadens fluid selection during system design. NBR seals are fitted to maintain leakage control with the listed media. Fluid cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so the proportional spool is not blocked by contamination. Wiring and pipework should follow connection diagram ISO 7368-12-11-1-16 to match internal porting. The assembled unit weighs 21.04 kg, so lifting points or hoists may be required during installation. These parameters combine to define a control cover that withstands high pressure, interfaces with standard manifolds, and maintains stable proportional regulation.
