The FD32PA2X/B06V is a check valve built by Bosch Rexroth for the FD Check Valves series and is installed in hydraulic automation circuits to permit controlled one-way flow and pilot-assisted reverse release. The valve handles flows up to 560 l/min in size 32 systems, allowing large cylinders or motors to operate without undue restriction. Port B tolerates 420 bar, whereas ports A and x are limited to 350 bar, so the component can reside on high-pressure supply lines while its pilot gallery sees lower ratings. A 1:20 area ratio between the control piston and load side minimizes the pilot force needed to open the main poppet. Opening begins when the pilot reaches 20 bar, which reduces delay during rapid cycling. A cracking pressure of 2 bar from A to B ensures tight closure under static conditions yet admits flow with minimal differential when motion is required. The b06 orifice of 0.6 mm meters pilot oil to damp sudden pressure changes and prevent chatter in sensitive positioning tasks.
